Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays unless otherwise stated.

Shipping

We deliver orders using the shipping methods available at checkout. Delivery options, shipping charges, and estimated delivery times are shown during the checkout process before you complete your purchase. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, carrier performance, customs procedures, and other external factors.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address, selected shipping method, and order details. The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, VYVI STYLE is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, severe weather, high seasonal demand, transport disruptions, or other events outside our control. If a shipment is significantly delayed, we will do our best to assist you and provide updated information where possible.

International Shipping

If international shipping is available, delivery times may be longer depending on the destination country. International orders may also be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges, which are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Lost, Damaged, or Undelivered Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at vyvistyle@gmail.com. If the package appears visibly damaged upon delivery, we recommend that you report it to the courier immediately and keep all packaging materials if possible. We will review each case individually and work with the shipping provider where applicable.

Payment Terms

All payments must be completed in full before an order is processed and shipped. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Available payment options may vary depending on your location and the technical availability of payment providers.

Payments can be made using the online banking services of Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, and Šiaulių Bankas. Payments are accepted in euros. Payments are processed through the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.

By submitting your payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all payment details provided are accurate and complete. If a payment is declined, interrupted, or flagged for security reasons, the order may be delayed, suspended, or cancelled until the issue is resolved.

Prices and Currency

All prices shown on the website are displayed in the applicable currency available on the site or at checkout. Product prices, shipping charges, and the total payable amount are shown before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid.

Payment Security
