MB Vyvistyle aims to ensure that customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with the item you received, you may return it under the conditions set out below.

Return Period
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. We may ask you to provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or order confirmation.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether the return has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 5-10 business days after approval, although the exact timing may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Refundable Items
Personalized or custom-made items, perishable goods, and digital products are generally non-refundable unless they are defective or applicable law requires otherwise.
